本校年度「中一沙律製作比賽」今日於廚房熱鬧登場，同學們走出課室，展現刀工與擺盤巧思。

Today, our S1 students stepped out of the classroom and into the kitchen for our annual S1 Salad-Making Competition!

The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement and teamwork as our youngest secondary students sliced, diced, and beautifully plated an incredible variety of healthy salads. From classic Caesar salads with a twist to creative fruit and vegetable fusions, our judges were thoroughly impressed by the culinary skills, presentation, and nutritional balance displayed by every team.

A huge congratulations to all our S1 participants for showing fantastic teamwork and creativity today, and a special shoutout to our award winners!
